how to make a good goverment

     How to make a good goverment its begin from the candidates who good spirit and understand all about religion who teach them. With the good spirit they can lead our country well, honestly, transparant and going away from corruption, collusion and nepotism. Why its very important? because if they do that they are afraid of sinful to others.
     Moreover, i think that goverment of indonesia runs good if the candidates must carry out all the promises given to all comunity. not only promises stated before he nominated as foreign leaders but he's really realize everything that how want to indonesia be.
     At least maybe nobodys perfect in the worlds but if they can makes indonesia be better its very proud for us.

Konflik Yang Terjadi di Dalam Bisnis
Konflik berasal dari kata kerja Latin, Configere yang berarti saling memukul. Secara sosiologis, konflik diartikan sebagai suatu proses sosial antara dua orang atau lebih (bisa juga kelompok), dimana salah satu pihak berusaha menyingkirkan pihak lain dengan menghancurkannya atau membuatnya tidak berdaya.
Menurut Taquiri dalam Newstorm dan Davis (1977), konflik merupakan warisan kehidupan sosial yang boleh berlaku dalam berbagai keadaan akibat daripada berbangkitnya keadaan ketidaksetujuan, kontroversi dan pertentangan di antara dua pihak atau lebih pihak secara berterusan.
Faktor penyebab konflik ada beberapa macam, yaitu:
  • Perbedaan individu, yang meliputi perbedaan pendirian dan perasaan.
Setiap manusia adalah individu yang unik. Artinya, setiap orang memiliki pendirian dan perasaan yang berbeda-beda satu dengan lainnya. Perbedaan pendirian dan perasaan akan sesuatu hal atau lingkungan yang nyata ini dapat menjadi faktor penyebab konflik sosial, sebab dalam menjalani hubungan sosial, seseorang tidak selalu sejalan dengan kelompoknya.
  • Perbedaan latar belakang kebudayaan sehingga membentuk pribadi-pribadi yang berbeda.
Seseorang sedikit banyak akan terpengaruh dengan pola-pola pemikiran dan pendirian kelompoknya. Pemikiran dan pendirian yang berbeda itu pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan perbedaan individu yang dapat memicu konflik.
  • Perbedaan kepentingan antara individu atau kelompok.
Manusia memiliki perasaan, pendirian maupun latar belakang kebudayaan yang berbeda. Oleh sebab itu, dalam waktu yang bersamaan, masing-masing orang atau kelompok memiliki kepentingan yang berbeda-beda. Kadang-kadang orang dapat melakukan hal yang sama, tetapi untuk tujuan yang berbeda-beda. Konflik akibat perbedaan kepentingan ini dapat pula menyangkut bidang politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya.
  • Perubahan-perubahan nilai yang cepat dan mendadak dalam masyarakat.
Perubahan adalah sesuatu yang lazim dan wajar terjadi, tetapi jika perubahan itu berlangsung cepat atau bahkan mendadak, perubahan tersebut dapat memicu terjadinya konflik sosial.
Akibat Konflik:
  • Meningkatkan solidaritas sesama anggota kelompok (ingroup) yang mengalami konflik dengan kelompok lain.
  • Keretakan hubungan antar kelompok yang bertikai.
  • Perubahan kepribadian pada individu, misalnya timbulnya rasa dendam, benci, saling curiga dll.
  • Kerusakan harta benda dan hilangnya jiwa manusia.
  • Dominasi bahkan penaklukan salah satu pihak yang terlibat dalam konflik.
Konflik dalam masyarakat dunia sangatlah beragam, mulai dari konflik agama, politik, sosial, bisnis, dll.
Jenis-jenis konflik:
Menurut Dahrendorf, konflik dibedakan menjadi 6 macam :
  • Konflik antara atau dalam peran sosial (intrapribadi), misalnya antara peranan-peranan dalam keluarga atau profesi (konflik peran (role))
  • Konflik antara kelompok-kelompok sosial (antar keluarga, antar gank).
  • Konflik kelompok terorganisir dan tidak terorganisir (polisi melawan massa).
  • Konflik antar satuan nasional (kampanye, perang saudara)
  • Konflik antar atau tidak antar agama
  • Konflik antar politik.
  • konflik individu dengan kelompok
Dari penjabaran teori – teori diatas, saya akan mengambil contoh kasus konflik yang terjadi antara saya sendiri sebagai konsumen dengan shopping online yang saya beli. Sebut saja Shopping online itu bernama “X”. Sewaktu itu saya memesan barang dengan “X”, karena barang tersebut kebetulan bukan untuk saya sendiri yang memakainya maka saya kirim barang yang saya pesan ke alamat yang dituju (atau biasa disebut dropship). Memang disaat itu kesalahn ada di teman saya yang membeli barang itu, hampir seminggu barang yang dibeli tidak kunjung datang ke alamat tujuan. Ternyata setelah saya cek ke website pengiriman terkait ternyata alamat yang diberikan tidak sesuai. Lantas saya langsung menghubungi “X” untuk memperbaiki alamat yang dimaksud. Tetapi tanggapan dia agak sedikit tidak mengenakkan, dia membalasnya dengan perkataan “mangkanya besok-besok kalau mau kirim tolong dicek lagi alamat serta nomer telfonnya yang benar”. Sontak saya terkejut, dan hanya bisa meminta maaf karna kesalahan ada di teman saya. Untungnya dia keesokan harinya membenarkan alamat serta no telfon yang dimaksud. Dan akhirnya paket itupun sampai, dan saya terbebas dari penipuan.
            Contoh kasus berikutnya terjadi dengan teman saya sendiri, beliau juga sama membeli barang atau obat pemutih badan. Dari awal si penjual sangat ramah dan sopan, dengan begitu sangat meyakinkan teman saya untuk segera mentransfer sejumlah uang yang dimaksud agar cepat sampai barang yang diinginkannya. Tetapi na’asnya, setelah teman saya mentransfer sejumlah uang yang harus dibayarkan contact bbm teman saya di hapus tanpa ada kabar sebelumnya, dan beliau langsung menegaskan kalau dia di tipu dengan shopping online tersebut.
Dari contoh kasus diatas konflik yang terjadi akibat perbedaan – perbedaan diatas yang sudah dijelaskan. Terlepas dari bentuk konflik yang terjadi, di dalam etika bisnis setiap konflik pastinya bisa diatasi. Cara mengatasi konflik yang terjadi diatas mungkin dengan cara media yang lebih diperhatikan, karena masalah terbesar dalam dunia kerja dan bisnis adalah masalah manusianya, baik dari persepsi, ucapan dan tindakannya. Faktor manusia inilah yang biasanya akan memicu perbedaan. Perbedaan itulah yang berujung kepada konflik. Baiknya untuk para pemilik Shopping online untuk memberikan sikap yang ramah dan sopan kepada konsumen dan tetap jaga kepercayaan mereka, karna sejatinya konsumen yang puas akan selalu mempromosikan usaha anda dari mulut ke mulut dan hal yang akan diuntungkan adalah bisnis anda sendiri.
